Are there any travelers to NCECA from South Carolina ?
My plans are dashed unless I find another person who is driving and I may
also need to find a roommate,probably female,non smoker.The lady I planned to
ride with has cancelled and she had a room reserved so it may be available for
us if interested. We would be wise to make it 2 days each way so sleep overnight
is possible, possibly in Knoxville. contact me offline.
Does anyone know if one has paid for NCECA membership, in anticipation of
attending, whether a refund is possible if plans evaporate, should I not find a
ride nor roomie? Please respond directly ,offline.

Since this is good information, I am posting it publicly.
The person to contact regarding a refund should one not be able to attend
is Dawn Hesse (pronounced HessE) in the NCECA office.
Her email, I believe is dawn @ nceca (dot) net
Refund conditions and information is available on their website at
http://www.nceca.net

canceling early, as a full time documented [mature] student, costs a minimum
of $25 and if you wish to remain a member and receive the journal and
directory it is $40. just for anyone who cares to know. I really rather wished to
get to go at least one last time, sigh. I hope the cyber broadcasts work out.
