Here is a job opportunity:
I have been working in Afghanistan, with an organisation called Turquoise
Mountain Foundation since end of July last year. I initially only came for 6
weeks, but loved it and stayed. I need to leave at the end of May, however,
so we are looking for a replacement. It's been one of the best years of my
life, so I can heartily recommend both the place, the position, the
organisation and the people.
We have set up a Ceramics school here in Kabul, and are in the process of
setting up a Resource Centre in Istalif, a village not far from here where
there is a potters community (with a 400 year old tradition of
pottery-making!).
