I turned a perfectly good dryer (except for a burnt out heating element)
into a ball mill. Just installed 3 plywood "fins" in the drum and stuck in
a 5 gallon bucket (held centered horizontally by the fins)
Worked great. I do remember disabling the door switch so it would continue
to run with the door open.
