been testing feldspathic glazes in an effort to fine one main base for all
of my colors... hah.

getting nice results thus far, always awed by the vast difference in colors
added to recipes that are very similar but not the same.

trying to find a: something that will make it a milky white, b: something
that will make it a translucent cream.

other than masons, ideas? also, one of my bases has zinc in it, but not all
the bases.

Hi Alyssa,

I would read Hamer - to get some idea about which fluxes will be most
likely to give the colours you want.

Off hand - to get the creamy whites I would start with tin and rutile.
