Hi Gals and Guys,

For some time some of my body parts and my stamina have been giving out, and
I find it necessary to stop doing production pottery.

I plan to keep my 5 cu. Ft. electric kiln and switch to small porcelain
artistic pieces. For 30 years I have been working at cone 10 gas reduction
stoneware.

As a consequence, it grieves me to say that I must sell my Bailey kiln,
which has been a joy to me.

It is a 48/31 scissor track and I will offer it for $10,754.07, which is 25%
less than I paid for it March 2001. This figure includes the 6% sales tax
for Kentucky. It has been fired approximately 40 times and is under cover
and well cared for. This is the figure that Bailey said was fair and
reasonable.

I, also, have Albany Slip as originally mined. It is in the bags from the
mine and has been properly processed by them. I will sell it by the bag for
$200.00/50 pound bag. I cannot ship.

I hope to see all of you at NCECA. I love 45 minutes to an hour south of
Louisville.
