A potter friend of ours has been using the new synthetic Cornish Stone=20
now that the original mine is mined-out. It doesn't seem to melt at the=20
same temperature as his old Cornish Stone. I wondered if anyone had any=20
thing to report on the new synthetic Cornish Stone, and if anyone has=20
used different replacements from different sources? His was from CTM in=20
the UK, (don't know where their source is), and it melts at a higher=20
temperature in his glaze than the old Cornish Stone did.

I still have a little stock, but I'd like to know what I'm dealing=20
with before I run out!
