Greetings folks,
My wife and I will be selling our house and studio so that I can attend grad school in the fall. We would really love to sell the place to another potter, so that someone else could benefit from the hard work we have done putting together our studio there.

The house is a cedar lined cabin with a large stone fireplace and hardwood floors on 2.5 acres next to the Great Miami River in Troy, OH. There is a 55 cubic foot bourry box wood kiln which has been fired 19 times, a fairly new 35 cubic foot 2600 degree castable and IFB flat top kiln which has been fired 8 times, and an older 12 sided 10 cubic foot skitt electric kiln that we use for bisque. The studio is located in the detached garage, and has a small apartment/gallery space with full bath above it. The wood kiln is located outside under a seperate shed with aluminum roof.
We are asking $132,900 for it, and there are more studio items that could be discussed later as well.
