At the closing ceremonies it was
announced that the 2008 NCECA
Convention will be in New Orleans.

The confusion about location lies
with the fact that the Hyatt will not be
ready to host us ... but ...

THE CITY IS !!!

They assured us they could handle it
and were hosting a 30,000 person
convention this week.

SO ... see you in The Big Easy

have my sock hung on the doorknob to my studio and several pots collecting my loose change for New Orleans in 08! LOL

spent 11 terrific days there in 96....didn't journey out the French Quarter except to take the streetcar through the Garden District and to the Riverwalk. Look out Buckwheat (the Zyedco King!) shine up that tin washboard of yours! Clayarters are a'comin'!!

Beth in foothills of VA...spring is playing games with us!! cold, hot, cool, warm, cold, hot, now chilly???
