Dave McBeth and I saw this at his local Rural King store
in Tennessee.
This shelving system would make a great, easy-to-set-up,
inexpensive art fair display system. Check it out at

It looks like it would be....did you notice if the shelves lock in
somehow? I would hate for someone to knock over a whole shelf of
pottery........I have a 3 day artsfest show in May and they asked if I
could take a 12'x8' spot instead of a 10' x 10' and now I am looking for
something similar but what I've come up with would be harder to move and
cost me more than the $200 these would cost....
Thanks for any input

Interesting product but I would suggest anyone getting into one check the
load bearing related to their display needs.

Nancy:
I've seen other shelving systems like that one, and the shelves themselves
do not normally lock onto their supports, per se.
However:
With a battery powered drill motor and a small drill bit (say, 3/16), one
can easily drill through the metal supports (they're hollow) and install
screws of one type or another to anchor the shelves to the supports.
Easy enough to use the drill again after the show to remove the screws.
Best,
Wayne Seidl
