Hello Ivor,
Micro-organisms are very numerous : 1 gram of earth can contain up=20
to 25 billions micro-organisms (4 times the earth=92s human =
population).
I do not think a few bacteria from the urine will change anything.
Hoping this info will help in this discussion on clay plasticity.
