Hello, Clayart Folks -
I have been a lurker for a long time. Thank you all for sharing so much
of your knowledge - this is a great list!
I am organizing a clay artists co-op. I have visited a couple of
cooperative ceramic studios and have been reading everything that I can
find about ways of organizing them. Our co-op space will include
individual studios for each potter, a shared workspace, use of shared
equipment (kilns, etc) and a small, informal gallery area.
I am looking for samples of contracts, bylaws, rental agreements, studio
rules, etc. that have been used by other co-ops. Any help that you can
give would be greatly appreciated.
