Greetings:
Does anyone know of a traveling exhibitions of ceramics works, or works that
we might borrow for an exhibition? They could be contemporary or historical.
It would be best if the show offered a survey of major artists works.
The gallery is medium sized, with full-time security and climate control. I
would like to find several such shows to propose to my college s gallery
committee.
Thanks,

Rick - you would have to move fast but there is a FAULOUS tea pot
show at the Green Hill (>?) Art Center in Greesboro GREENSBORO NC
from Norflok Castle in England. Utterly fabulous. Perhaps you could
snag it before it goes home. If not, the accompayying show
of contemporary NC teapots was pretty good too. Yu might want
to cantact Margaaret Carney at eh Internatl. Museum of Ceramic
Art at Alfred - she originates some excellent shows.
Good luck - certainly a worthy plan. Karen Gringhuis

If there's nothing around, anyone out there who would work at setting up a
CLAYART travelling exhibition(s)? Just an idea.
