Wendy Rosen on fri 11 sep 98

My husband prodded a hospital for payment a few years ago... weeks after he
was paid the court demanded (and got) him to repay the hospital... claiming
that he was paid "out of order" !!!
Trust me... I REALLY learned the hard way (VALLEY FORGE) bankruptcy
judges can do ANYTHING!!!

>>> Russell, the problem is one of proof. When someone files bankruptcy the
>trustee becomes the owner of all the property of the debtor. Plus, banks

>there on consignment you lose.
