I am looking for a black cone 6 glaze I can fire in my electric kiln
and a strong green and a yellow
I want some glazes that I can dip into and
I sand blast my glazes when they are fired so they soften up
so I need glazes that can withstand that part of the process
thanks

Donn, here is a great black that I use all the time in the oxidation
kiln. It is a shinny black with blue specks through it.
Metallic Black ^5-6
Gerstley Borate 11
Whiting 5
Custer 79
EPK 6
Cobalt Ox. 2
Copper Carb. 4
Manganese Diox. 4
Hope you will like the results, one word of caution, if applied thick it
WILL run.
