Hi Lori,
I have no idea about the plastic handled needle tools,
but why not make you own kind of needle tool?
I make mine from the leftover champagne cork,
from new years eve, and insert a big needle with a bit
of glue! looks nice, floats in the bucket and brings back
a lot of good memories at the same time!
