A case in point about misdirected messages -- I wrote this
message, intending to send it to the list, but mindlessly sent it off
directly to Vince instead.

Vince,

I don't use Outlook Express, so this may not be worth the
electrons it is written on, but in Pegasus, in the "Options" menu,
there is an option called "Default reply address". If I put my email
address in that box, then my address is the automatic reply
address on my posts to clayart. There is undoubtedly something
analogous in Outlook. Just leave it blank if you want replies to go
to clayart instead of to you personally.

And while I'm at it, here's a plea for replies on-list. Recently, there
does seem to be a trend for folks to reply off-list. I deeply
appreciate ALL the replies I get to my posts, whether off or on list,
but I often wonder about those questions posted by others, that
never seem to get answered on-list. Frequently, I would have liked
to know the answers too, but I assume they were sent directly to
the questioner. At least, if you get lots of posts off-list to a
question that you asked, could you send one summary post to the
list, so the answers make it into the archives? Thanks.

Chris
