I wonder about workshops that have to do with visual story telling,
illustrating children's books, comic books, story-boarding for movie or tv production.
All those would cross-pollinate to doing tile murals/panels very well.
Mosaics? There's always a trip to Ravenna to consider!

Have been teaching mosaics with handmade tiles for two years in Northern =
Michigan, and getting very excited to make the works more narrative. Saw =
a workshop on this topic a few years ago, and would love to pick up on =
something like this this spring or summer. Anyone out there doing this, =
or know of someone who is? Marian in Michigan.
