possibility of adding sigillata to bisque 010?

I have a nice stoneware platter form at 22.5" that has been bisque fired
around 010F. Is it possible now to add say Vince Pitelka's terra
sigillata and fire at a lower temperature? Would it be possible to get a
good fit? I have never had very good luck with burnishing in the past but
would love to try it again. Or perhaps some kind of under- glazes. I
have some ideas in my head but realize that the next time I should execute
them in the leatherhard stage, add slips, texture, movement etc.at that
time rather than now when I am at the bisque stages. Any comments? I
normally fire gas reduction/down draught at cone 9 but an open for
exploration too.
