Georgies' Ceramic Supply in Portland, Oregon sells a glaze that meets your
description and name commerically. I don't know if they'd share the
recipe, but it can't hurt to get in touch with them.

Hi gang,
I hope you all can help me out. Quite a few years ago, I ran across a ra=
ku
glaze by the name of Copper Penny Raku. I tried it out and got some of t=
he
most spectacular results. A truly beautiful copper shine all through wit=
h
waves of running colors. Now my problem: I have lost the glaze recipe.
(gasp of horror). It has been some time since I have used the glaze (don=
't
fire raku that much anymore) and all I can remember for an ingridient is =
that
it contained Yellow Ochre. If anyone has this glaze, would you mind send=
ing
it to me? I really miss it and have some pieces that it would look wonde=
rful
on.
Thanks in advance,
