address for aluminum dies ( curt)

Paulette -

The most accurate and clean 1/8th inch aluminum dies
are made via laser
cutting. There's a company close by that I used years
ago for similar work.
Before I sat down to write to you, I called them to be
sure they could do it.
They can.

If you'd like to contact them, let me know. I'll give you
their phone, email,
address, etc., and you can go on from there. They're
about 30 miles west of
Chicago, IL, but that shouldn't make any difference,
where ever you are, since
so little weight and size is involved.

As a suggestion, why not use stainless steel? I would
imagine the additional
cost would be negligible in that so little material is
involved. I believe it
might be a bit cheaper for the laser people to work
with, too. They can do
aluminum, but they'd rather not . . . it reflects light
and bothers the
process, as I understand it.
