I have a local friend who makes wonderful sculptures out of poured
concrete. A few years ago I went into Target and saw an exact copy of her
sculpture for dirt cheap.
Made in China!! I let her know about this rip-off. She then joined a
group of artists that were sueing Target for copyright infringement. It
took a few years but she won the suit.
