I am a student and I do not know too much about glazes but I am trying to
find a gold color glaze that will work well fired ^6 or ^9 oxidation. I
am using a long form to calculate my glaze recipe for a piece I am just
now finishing and I really want to apply a gold/den glaze. If anyone can
help me that would be great. I have seen Sharon's Fake Golden Ash and
another one from a college but are there any others?

Thank you

There's a honey amber glaze, probably in the archives, but if not I can
send it to you, sort of butterscotch color with tiny bubbles and a bit
of floating teadust like stuff. Probably needs a light clay body.

Spraying a wash of gerstley borate and rutile over a glossy brown glaze
sometimes adds a golden sparkle on the surface. This might work on a
darker clay body.
